My husband and I were leaving S. Africa after living there for the past 14
years. We needed a temporary base from which to function and tie up all
the loose ends. Alta made us very welcome in homely surroundings. We
were able to relax in the rooms we were given as well as to use the
summerhouse surrounded by beautiful plants many of which were in full
bloom.

months! Superb location, clean, friendly... a true home. Magnificent rose
garden overlooking the suburb. I highly recommend this place to anyone
who is looking for a peaceful environment in Johannesburg.
